Actually, everyone has their own problem skin. Some of them have very dry skin and sometimes their skins are bleeding because of that. Good for you if you do not have any problem on your skin and I hope you do not have any in your life. And the rest, many people are struggling with their oily skin and breakouts all over their face. I do not have any breakout (thanks God) but I have so many dark spots because of hyper pigmentation. I read so many articles about how to fade your dark spots, make your skin flawless, brighten up your skin and many more. I come to the conclusion that…… I have to try a snail product! This is a moisturizer cream that contains 92% snail extract. Do not ever afraid to put moisturizer on your oily skin, because your skin still need to be moisturized after all. Moisturizer also could help you resolve your skin problems with its contents and make your skin healthier than before.

Packaging : Mizon Snail Repair Cream comes with dark brown glass jar. Actually for me it is okay for traveling since the jar is really thick and quite safe to keep the product. But it is really heavy for a tiny jar that contains 75 mL of product.

Claims : Reduce acne scar, address issues of skin sensitivity, tighten skin pores, improves uneven dark skin tone, calms irritated skin post shaving and clinic procedure, reduce fine wrinkles, retains moisture in skin and helps in skin generation.

Suited for : combination to oily skin. If you want to try snail product that really hype, you can grab it.

Do not use if you are : dry skin type, allergic to snail secretion filtrate, Cetearyl alcohol, Stearic Acid, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, or anything in its ingredients.

When and where to use : after washing up your face with face cleanser and toner (if you use it), use Mizon Snail Repair Cream as the following step (yeah this is ridiculous for using cream as your first step), and then essence and its friends. Put the product on your face, neck and upper chest.

CosDNA Analysis : it has few of red point but the rest of ingredients are fine.

Performance : The product is like common moisturizer with white color and not sticky at all. I use it right after I wash my face to moisturize my skin. It is a little bit thick on your face but it is absorbed quickly. But the strange thing is, whenever I use this product and when the product was absorbed, my skin is drier than before. It makes my skin thicker and drier at the same time. It is really strange. Therefore, I never use it as my night skincare routine and only use it on day.

Besides, I feel that it did nothing on my skin even after I use it frequently. I am using Good Morning Gel Cleanser from COSRX for my daily cleansing foam, but after use Mizon Snail Repair Cream, my skin is always drier even though I used a gentle cleanser.

Conclusion : If you have an oily skin, then you can try it. Maybe it is suitable for your skin because sometimes I feel that my skin is really dry. So if you have not dry or combination skin, you should try this product. But me.
